Completely amazing, I bought a used 4 wheeler for my son for his birthday and when I was getting it clean up for him, it just shut off and wouldn’t start. After doing hours or research I found that the coil was bad and computer was shot. When I asked the owner his advice about if I was on the right track he asked me what I did and I explained what I have tested. He confirmed to me that was most likely the issue. Gave me the parts needed and showed me how to install them the correct way. Good service and with amazing company values. I’ve noticed that is hard to find but Phillips power equipment has it for sure. I would also like to add the cost for the parts needed was very reasonable and not over priced like other company’s I visited that day. Thanks guys you have helped me make a little boys dream a reality this birthday.

I had this old basket case of a cub-cadet riding mower. Took it to David at the height of the season so the repairs took a little while. Also while repairing it he ran into unexpected problems with the mower. He was very fair on pricing and even brought mower over to me because of the delay. I would highly recommend them. Very professional and very courteous.

Horrible experience. Took in a chainsaw I bought for 50 to get it running, it would start but when it warmed up, it would stall. I asked that they look at it and give me a quote on the repair cost. For two months...not a word. I dropped by and he had no idea he had the thing...couldn't find the ticket and I had to go in the back and point it out and tell him that it was mine and what was wrong with it. Then he remembered that he was waiting for a part to come in but it was a simple fix, he'll have it right to me, no worries. Yeah, right. Another month goes by and I stop by again. Guess what, no ticket, no idea who I was, and had to point it out again. Another month goes by and I get a call that its ready. 120. I went off on the poor lady there (since Dave was gone) and she dropped it to 100 even. I left. It starts now, but when it warms up, it still stalls. Don't bother.

I've called half a dozen or more small engine repair places this morning, and have been effectively \blown off\ by all of them. They tell me they are too busy and can't help right now. The lady at Phillips answered the phone promptly and tried to help. She said she wasn't sure they could do what I needed but, and here's the big thing, they were willing to look at it today and not ask me to wait for weeks. So already I am impressed with them because they didn't blow me off over the phone. I will update this review once we have actually gotten service completed (if they are able to help).
